In July, 2016 I had a new roof put on from Allied Remodeling. In 2018 there was a leak and Allied fixed that leak. In 2021 regret was another leak and they refused to fix it. They blamed Direct TV for the leak. This roof cost me $$8,945.00. I also had new cutters and rain sprout replaced as well. I was told I had a Lifetime Warranty on workmanship and materials. I had another roofing company look at the roof and was told the shingles were starting to come up. I called Allied and told them about the leak and they refused to even come out to check and see if in fact the shingles were starting to come up. This company advertises that they stand behind their product but that isn't true. I paid over $9,000.00 dollars for sloppy workmanship. So I decided to file a complaint. I'm hop8ng you can help me with this problem. I thought a Lifetime Warranty would guaranteed me that the new roof would hold up for at least 20 years. I hope you can help me resolve this. Resolution Sought I would like Allied to come out and check to see if the shingles are starting to come up and stand behind their warranty. I don't think a company that told me this roof will last 20 years and now will not even listen to my complaints. Eventually I will have a lot of problems in the near future if this isn't corrected. Thank you.
