I recently left my job at the company that shall remain unnamed, and I feel compelled to share my experience with others who might be considering a career with them. From the get-go, the company promised us infinite leads, claiming that we would make a whopping 111,000 a year. However, as time went on and the company started to struggle, they began firing long-time employees and hiring new ones to replace us. This left me feeling like a disposable cog in their machine. Not only did they make it difficult to make sales, but they also didn't provide benefits like lunch or health insurance. They even went as far as deducting our hourly wages for any commission we earned. By the time our payroll came around, we were paid only for the sales we made, which was incredibly discouraging. The company constantly changed its complex plan, making it difficult for us to keep up and maintain any consistency in our sales performance. They even switched up the sales script multiple times, which only added to the stress and confusion. To make matters worse, they now require us to ask for our own account numbers because they don't have them readily available. This is the final straw that led me to leave this company. In conclusion, my experience with this company has been nothing but a rollercoaster of lies, constant change, and underhanded tactics. I would highly recommend staying away from this company if you value your sanity and financial stability.
