Allied Glass was to replace my windshield on my 2021 Honda CRV. In the process they pulled the wiring harness that runs from the roof to the windshield. To repair this damage I have received an estimate of $1,189.00 from Ocean Honda. Allied refuses to pay. They admit that there was nothing wrong with the car when they started the work and admit that there were defects when they were done but can't explain how. The dealership took pictures of the damaged wiring harness and sent them to me. It's obvious that the harness was pulled hard enough to break the wiring insulation exposing the copper strands thus when they touched each other everything shorted. Resolution Sought Return the condition of the vehicle to the condition it was when they started replacing the windshield. Pay the $1,189.00 to make the repair.
