Horrible customer service in my opinion.

Contacted them quite a few times, as well as sending an email, as another way to contact them. Never received a call back OR a return email. Horrible customer service in my opinion. There aren't a lot of pool stores in this area and I needed help. Also realize it's the "season" for pool openings, etc., but NOT a call back or email back at all???? I think they need to be told that their service s*cks. I wouldn't shop there if I had a thousand dollars just to waste.
