On 1/25/2024 I was planning for a move to Boston from Florida and put a deposit of $735.44 down via cash app to Allied Transportation in West Palm Beach. They allowed me a grace period for a full refund by January 29th 2024. When I contacted them on January 29th 2024, and efforts to keep me as a customer they offered to relocate me to a different address within Florida. On this day of January 29th 2024 the support staff Tracey and sales representative John Slater promise to return my phone call regarding the information for the address change for the move. Tracey promise that she would reach out to me at the end of the day on January 29th 2024. I try to contact them on this date and never got the information I was promised. Below you will see the back and forth conversation and apology from Tracey for not getting back to me on Monday January 29th 2024. John Slater sent me the information via email on Wednesday January 31st and Tracey asked for me to let her know if I would like to move forward. When I responded and said I would like a refund, Tracey no longer responded to my text messages or emails. When I attempted to call today February 1st, Tracey sent me straight to voicemail multiple times. Resolution Sought Full refund.

This customer did in fact speak with Tracey on January 29th 2023, who is one of our managers. They customer did not cancel on January 29th 2023, she decided to continue with her move. The customer on January 29th 2023 decided to continue with her move changing the delivery location to in-state, Florida. After January 29th 2023 is when this customer decided to cancel her move. Which is past the extended grace period up to January 29th 2023.

According to my screenshots, you will see that Tracy was supposed to get in contact with me on January 29th 2024 by end of day so I can make a decision on whether or not to cancel based on the price that allied transportation group was supposed to give me. Tracy texted me on January 29th after 6:00 p.m. to apologize for not calling me back and requested that I gave her another day to respond. It's a shame that this company is clearly taking advantage of people in vulnerable moments such as moving. Moving is not cheap. I hope this company gets shut down for their deception and games. I do not accept this response and I would like my refund. I have communication proof of the incident.

We have nothing from this customer requesting to cancel her move prior to 1/29/2023 or on 1/29/2023. I am copy and pasting below our cancelation policy below which explains that when a customer is requesting to cancel a move they need to email our customer support email address. Customer service was never informed by the customer her wishes to cancel her move. We have done no wrong doing. Her deposit is non-refundable. However, we will hold the customer`s deposit as a credit to be utilized toward a future move with us for up to twelve (12) months. CANCELLATION POLICY: I have read and agree to the terms and conditions as set forth below. As the customer, I agree to pay the total charges for the moving coordinator services to be provided by Allied Transportation Group, LLC. I understand that my deposit/fee represents only a portion of my total estimated service charges. Due to scheduling and routing reasons, my deposit/fee is not refundable, unless I notify Allied Transportation Group, LLC in writing within 48 hours of electronically signing your original estimate.
