Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. I have been trying to file bankruptcy since July 2023 it is now February 2024 I still have not had a cleared bankruptcy case. I have been accused of bankruptcy abuse, my chapter 7 has been converted to a chapter 13 which is also still mot confirmed. I keep turning in information they have asked for and i still don't have a confirmed case. They still keep racking me up fees and now I'm responsible for paying for 2 cases. I am done and just want this issue resolved at this point i would prefer the case dismissed and i just want to figure out how to get myself back on track without filing bankruptcy. Because i feel like they led me in the wrong direction and they don't know what they are doing. I went to lawyers to try to resolve my issues and get good advice not to dig me in a hole even more. Resolution Sought Get any money I paid to these lawyers back and I want my bankruptcy case dismissed so that i can get my own bills together and paid with something such as debt consolidation which I think is a more suitable choice for me a lny my situation and how the lawyers should have advised me instead of telling me to file bankruptcy and then me getting accused of abuse because of them.
