Allo came into my property and damaged my fence. They have attitude and they half way fixed the issue. When they came it was late in the day around 545 pm and the fence was pulled out. When they left they told me they had to do extra work and they would be back. I explained to them I had animals that needed to go in and out of my back yard. That didn't seem to bother them as I noticed they left my back fence open and in a dangerous manner. They left a mess and broken pickets. I asked for repairs and they kept ignoring me. The fence story is much longer than I can explain on here. The fact of the matter is as of now almost four months later they have yet to repair their delinquency. It's as if they came and did the digging and piping without care or their surroundings. Very unprofessional. Six pickets, in which I replaced one and then I also found another one. Then the other side of the fence fell- because they hit it with their carelessness. I repaired that with over $300 and labor. And all the fence needs to be painted. Resolution Sought I would like them to repay me for one picket and possibly more. The other side of the fence fell down shortly after they were in my yard. It's ironic that that happened Within two weeks of them leaving my yard a mess. I would like my whole fence repaired and painted.

Allo copmleted the repair on this ocnsumers fence on the evening of Monday, June 13th 2022. The gate and pickets were repaired and additional hardware was added to ensure the gate functions better then it did in the past. Allo has communicated directly with the consumer. This issue is resolved.
