On Tuesday, March 19, 2024, I inserted my Chime VISA debit card into a Citizens Allpoint ATM at 8:55 AM @ a Harris Teeter grocery store located at 4511 John Tyler Hwy. , Williamsburg, VA . After entering my PIN, & requesting $100, a message appeared on the screen saying that the ATM was unable to process my request at that time & to try again later. I retrieved my card. Checked for cash & checked my Chime account. It showed that my account had been debited $100! I approached the store manager, who happened to be right there . She gave me the number of Citizens Bank & told me that they had had problems with this machine recently. I contacted both Citizens & Allpoint. Both were not helpful. Allpoint rep told me that their ATM had dispensed my cash. I told him there were at least three cameras there watching the whole incident. He responded that the ATM had no camera. He asked if I got a receipt, I told him the machine failed to give me one. I told Chime the same story, but they claimed they investigated, then denied my claim after the charge moved from pending to posted about two days later. The rep from Allpoint suggested I file a "Reg E " dispute. So here I am, out $100 that was clearly stolen from me. I'm not using ATM afyer this incident. Can you help me? The machine returned my card. Resolution Sought I want my money back! Credited back into my. Home account. I have pics, documentation from Chime, & Harris Teeter security cctv security video evidence.

ATM National, LLC, ("Allpoint") a wholly owned subsidiary of NCR Atleos Corporation is in receipt of the above- referenced Consumer Complaint from Fletcher Eastham asserting that she sought to conduct a withdrawal transaction at an A llpoint ATM, that the funds did not dispense, and that, nevertheless, her account was debited for the withdrawal. As an initial matter, Allpoint is an ATM payment network similar to the Visa Plus network or the Mastercard Cirrus network, which allows cardholders to conduct withdrawal transactions at foreign ATMs. Allpoint is a surcharge-free payment network, where the card-issuer contracts with Allpoint to provide its cardholders with access the Allpoint Network. Allpoint itself does not own or operate ATMs, though its parent company, Cardtronics USA, Inc. ("Cardtronics"), itself a wholly owned subsidiary of NCR Atleos Corporation ("NCR Atleos"), does own and operate ATMs. After an investigation, Cardtronics has confirmed that the funds failed to dispense and as a result, Cardtronics has submitted a credit adjustment to the Complainant's account. These adjustments typically take between five and seven business days, though the adjustment period varies based on the financial institution issuing the subject card.

I put my money in the ATM machine and the ATM machine and kept my two transaction of $400.00 and $360.00 dollars. And left five cents on my card. Resolution Sought $760.00.
