It been 10 months they have done nothing or ordered anything we ask for our money back now we can't call or come to Allstar to get our money it's been two weeks. Resolution Sought File charges on for breaking contract.

Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, supplies were not readily available. When the gate did become available, the complainant was contacted. However, he wanted to change the gate style; this would require going though the ordering process all over again, which did not make the complainant happy. The police had to be called because the complainant came to the office acting erratic. We are in no breach of contract and no further response will be provided.
