Order placed for company t-shirts. They sent order with wrong sizes. Tried to reach out to them several times. They responded promising to take care of the problem. Never did. I have many t-shirts that i cannot use. The medium is way too small (smaller than the small). Resolution Sought Refund.

We have contacted this person, via email and call. We explained to him that we do not believe there was a problem. But, if there was, we would go ahead and run another 15 pieces of mediums, from another brand. Or, give him a refund of the 15 medium pieces, once he returns the products. We never heard back from him. As a result, we will consider this matter closed.

I have not received any such communications from them. There was one email telling me about a supervisor looking into it. Below is list of emails proving my allegations. I Sorry to bug you. But, I am leaving tomorrow for two weeks. I really want staff to start handing them out to our customers. Now, the medium is too small and the large way too large. Please help. Hello again. I spoke w someone yesterday that told me I would be receiving a call today about fixing this problem. I have not yet. I am just letting you know I am leaving the country on Saturday for 19 days. That leaves me one day to send back whatever needs to be reprinted. Please advise. Please see below. Email sent yesterday along with pics. Called and left two voice mail message. Tried chatting. Got Liz who ended the chat and made me call the a number and dial 1002 extension. Same message I got before. Please contact me as this is getting very frustrating. Thank you Received shipment. Thank you. One problem. The Medium is NOT medium. I am attaching two pictures showing the medium against the small. The small is larger by at least an inch. The large (second pic) is way larger than the medium.
