For over a month now, I've been trying to get my property managers to come out to my house to fix a slow drain I have in my bathroom tub. Every time I put a maintenance request in it get ignored. With the issue at hand it's not allowing me to take a shower or a bath in my upstairs bathroom. We tried snaking the drain also using Draino and it still has a slow drain. Every time I call no one answer I leave dozens of voicemails and no one bothers to call me back. As a tenant I know my responsibilities when it comes down to where I lay my head and charging me to bring a plumber out is never an issue but I can't pay anyone who hasn't even attempted to get ahold of me. Let me be one day late with rent and I can guarantee you this property management will send me a 3 day eviction notice either on my doorstep or via email but WILL REFUSE to come and check on their OWN property. Resolution Sought I would love for this business to communicate more with their tenants and properly come fix things if there is a problem.

Please note that Allstar Management does not own any of the properties we manage. We simply act as an agent on behalf of the property owner; therefore, we have no decision making authority and must wait for owner approval before performing any work. That said, we had a contractor out to the property to snake the lines and found the back-up was as a result of tenant neglect.
