Contacted Allstar Movers regarding a move. Move was scheduled on 7/8/2023. Called Joe on 7/7/23 about 4pm to cancel to move - cancelling because Joe had not contacted with a time. Disputed the charge. Joe tells the bank that he had to cancel another customer to move me. So why when I called Joe on7/7/23 at 4 pm he did not give me a time that he would move me if he had to cancel another customer. This is horrible for a company to take your money and not provide any service. If Joe had a set time that he would move me why did he not tell me that when I called on7/7/23 @ 4pm Resolution Sought Refund me the 150.00 no service provided and he never stated he had a scheduled time to move me.

Company states; Miss Guidry booked our company for moving services called several times to confirm her move date the days leading up to her move then all of a sudden calls the day before to cancel her move I explained to her again what the deposit was for and it was non refundable and she responded that we could keep the deposit God had her back and then went to her bank to try and reverse the charges thanks Jay Allstar Moving.
