Claim # 0616166674 an Allstate insured sideswiped my car. The claim representative determined that I am 30 responsible , claiming that I could have avoided the accident. Avoiding this was not possible. The driver pulled out of a center turn lane. I did veer to the right and ran onto the sidewalk. There was no where else to go. Resolution Sought Make the claim 100 responsible by Allstate.
