UPDATED 10/7/22: I'm seeking a check for losing 2 large wardrobe boxes. This claim was closed January 2022 and the two times I called; I get the same message checks get cut quarterly and I will let accounting know. However, a week ago, I was told no checks have gone out at all. If a nationwide company is not sending out checks to reimburse customers for their negligence, then I would be concerned about their business practices. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- After closing a claim, I am still waiting for a check Resolution Sought Send me my claims check.
