This company sold a defective product that was deregistered by Google. After multiple emails with Google to try to resolve a warranty issue. The company indicated that all surplus is not an authorized reseller of Google products and the product should have never been sold as it was removed from their system. All Surplus indicated that all products were sold as is, but if the product is defective it never should have been sold in the first place. Resolution Sought I would like a refund of what I paid for this item.
