Originally took car to have alternator repaired. And this garage said that it was the pulleys. They claim to have replaced two of them at a cost of 200 some dollars but there is only evidence of one being changed. My mechanic can verify this. His name is Bill Keller and his phone number is 724 351 0490. He will testify I was overcharged and that the work was not done that was on the work order. I do have a copy of the work order in my email and can send a screenshot. I'd also like to mention that my wife and I are disabled and on a fixed income. She is a paraplegic in a wheelchair and I have leg and back issues as well as shoulders and I'm in the process of getting my disability approved for SSD Resolution Sought I desire to have our money refunded and to have this company discredited as they're nothing but thieves

I have attached a copy of the invoice for the repair on Mr. Corp's car. 1 serpentine belt, 1 pulley and labor to install these items. Total repair cost of 313.86 including tax and a 10% discount. The reason this customer is upset and filing a claim against us is that I refused to work on the car again Due to the uncleanliness condition. The warranty company also refused to pay for any further repairs due to the fact that Mr. Corp was fraudulently using the car in a commercial setting, (UBER) Mr. Corp was also upset with our facility due to the fact that I presented this information
