Deceptive practices & Dishonesty!!

I would like to warn consumers to be especially careful when using this card. If there is a loophole or gray area their customer service will help you get there. Working with them I felt like I was in bad company. I could not log on to my account for weeks. You had better read the fine print because they make their money from trickery. Unusual rules not summarized just bad company.

I think this Fiance company is heartless!!!

I tried to get them to help me during my battling Colon cancer. I have had a decrease in my income as I told them this but yet they want to keep reporting me to the credit Bureau even after I talked to them numerous times. There should be a plan in place for customers who become ill during the first 6 months of payments. I'm reaching out to my state representative and who ever else I can involve in my situation!!!
