My complaint is that the company has charged the vehicle off as a loss, I have not been In possession of the vehicle for over two years and they are still trying to. Get my to pay $31,000 in one lump sum to them Resolution Sought I would like to company to resolve the debt and stop harassing me

I had a 2020 Dodge Charger Hellcat that was a lease. My financing company was Ally Financial. My car ended up to be a lemon. And the car was a buy back. While we were agreeing on the payoff I paid 4 extra payments of $765.00 and I am requesting payments back . Resolution Sought To get reimbursed. Paid back $3400.

I have called Ally Financial. And they told me to call the dealership ( San Diego Dodge) and that dealership says to call to Ally financial.
