I had a 2020 Dodge Charger Hellcat that was a lease. My financing company was Ally Financial. My car ended up to be a lemon. And the car was a buy back. While we were agreeing on the payoff I paid 4 extra payments of $765.00 and I am requesting payments back . Resolution Sought To get reimbursed. Paid back $3400.

I forwarded a insurance check for endorsement from insurance company. I included 3 estimate as well. It took forever to speak to someone. When I did, I was informed that the check, with my signature was returned regular mail. No tracking number. Check was never received. They returned because they couldn't find estimate that I included. The supervisor was very rude, wouldn't let me speak. Was very dismissive to me. Instructed me to fault the mail and not them. Wouldn't let me speak at all. Not helpful to get a resolution. Very, very rude and arrogant.. Resolution Sought To receive check for repairs.
