My mother was in an accident I had the car towed to a shop that said they were allstate ceritired. Tuns out they lied to me now the are sticking with a bill for 6500 for an estimate that allstate won't pay bc it it more than the estimated the total damage.i know you can help me expose this shop and their predatory practices Resolution Sought Resolve the issue and not make me pay out of pocket bc I have a zero deductible

The insurance company reimbursed and paid the customer 100 of what he paid us. We have a recorded call to prove they were going to be paid back by Allstate insurance as it was supposed to be from the beginning, that the contract was terminated. But Allstate wanted them to have the bad experience to pay us just to inconvenience them to hurt us. And here is the results of that tactic it works and the Hopkins are just venting against the little small company when really the bad guy here is the Billion Dollar Corparation Allstate Insurenace .The reason the repair contract was terminated was that Allstate wanted our shop to fix the vehicle in an unsafe matter, not following manufacturers' guidelines; we will not risk our presenting track record and reputation doing subpar repairs. All state insurance is the predator not us. Suppose the consumer doesn't protect his right against his insurance. We will defend ours as a repair shop. We have many documents signed, emails sent, and phone recordings to support our case and position. As we instructed me. Hopkins, we will be more than happy to testify in court if he decides to protect his rights as a consumer just like we protected others against Allstate Insurance's predatory behaviors against honest businesses that are exposing the truth. We provided him with free legal council to protect his right as a consumer offered several options he decided not to help himself. And all our phone recordings and emails are filed yo prove that we tried. We can not help someone that doesn't want to help themselves. If any slandering from the Hopkins family keeps going we will execute our rights to file a lawsuit with all our evidence to make sure our reputation dosen't get hurt. We will protect our rights as a repair facility. The Hopkons family needs to slander Allstate Insurance they are the ones that put them on this horrible position not us. We were just trying to provide them a proper safe repair following all manufactures guidelines. And we have all the supporting documentation and phone call recordings to support our case.
