The car they sold me on payment I tried taking it right back after I drove it around the corner the convertible top flew up because he had glued the latches in and when I took the car right back he said that he would fix them in a week to go back in a week well I paid four car payments and still nothing so I stopped paying them car payments because the car was a total lemon from the beginning the clutch went out the alternator went out I told him the first month second month and been paying payments on it up to 4 months and he said what do you expect out of a used car lot Resolution Sought I would like a different car and or my down payment back I'll take the loss on the 5payment of 298 and give car back I put down$1650 I would like him to pay that back cuz the convertible top you can't even wash the car because it leaks water so if I could just get my down payment back I'll give him the car back cuz he he has not fixed what he said he was going to fix and plus all the other problems thank you have a nice day

Its a 1997 model year car!!!! That 27 years old! As is car 150000 plus miles on it Sold for $ 3999 on payments because of horrificly bad credit The issues they state are due to neglect of maintenance Non payment ettc This is laughable Nothing we can help with but Repo the car due to non payment
