On 2/8/24 I purchased 2 heaters online for $94.89. They were made unbelievably cheap and did not work well. They made my house smell like burtn plastic. On 2/29/24 they sent me 2 emails stating that they were processing refunds that would take 10-14 business days / Refunded Order Notification #'s 16802862 & 16802867. I still haven't received my refund. Please make them give me my money back. If they send me a shipping label , I would be happy to send them their heaters back. Resolution Sought REFUND.
