I previously spoke to a Compliant Specialist regarding an Unjust Rent Increase, and when I couldn't get a direct understanding on how my Rent is calculated I was told to accept what they calculated or be terminated. I ask to speak to a Supervisor or Manager and was told there was no one else to speak to which I found to be unlikely. I've Rented from this company since (2011) and feel like I should get more respect from them. I'm in despair and stressing too hard over this and don't want to end up homeless with my two children, and my oldest is Autistic which makes everything more challenging for me. I need someone to get through to this Company to get the calculated numbers right and be fair. The last conversation I had with someone they said they would Email mail me their calculations, haven't heard from them since and they're not responding to my calls or voicemails now which is not business like. I'm just really frustrated. Resolution Sought I understand that Alpha Properties Mgmt. fall under the HUD( Housing and Urban Development). If I can't speak to someone at Alpha Properties Mgmt I would like to speak to upper Mgmt at HUD. I want a complete explanation why my rent increased over $200.
