So I tried to get a boot exchange due to the boots sent to me were marked wrong and now they want me to pay shipping both ways. I read their policy but if I ordered the wrong size which I didn't just wanted a fair exchange. I tried calling them. They send me straight to voice mail number 956 269 4402 Resolution Sought Make it right for a mistake they won't own up to.
