I was mislead lied to and ripped off. I made a purchase for 133.92 I was told to send payment to info@medssupply.com using pay pal. I tried it and it didn't go through. The merchant then told me that I had to send it to customer service christinedavid730@yahoo using PayPal and pick family or friends. I did and the payment went through, he said my package would arrive the next day by 4pm. I got up the next morning and they said package was returned because I had to pay $185.00 for insurance on a product that only cost me $133.92. I knew I was ripped off, I was mislead deliberately and fraudulently into thinking I sent payment to customer service christinedavid730@yahoo.com. I talked to my bank card insurance person and he said the reason they told me to pick send to family and friends is because the customer service person wasn't a customer service representative at all it was a person to person transaction unbeknownst to me my representative said they do that because I authorized payment to another person. After explaining the things I was told that they would open a claim and I could possibly get my money refunded I'm just letting you know this because this company is a fraud and I'm sure they do this all the time my representative said in recent months they became aware of this issue and would gladly help me I don't think they should be searchable on Google search. Resolution Sought Refund

Hello good day , yeah I do accept that fact that we do collected money for this clients and will make him to understand he need to pay an insurance bill so that he product can be secure . And second he is buy a product with a prescription form a Doctor. And we assure him that is the product is not ship we are going to refunded his money back to him in one month time due the policy of the company. And I explained so many things to him .
