I was needing a vehicle that I could trust in taking me to my doctor's appointments in Denver So I turned to a major dealership instead of buying something from second hand places because my thoughts were they stand by what they sell so I thought I had nothing but problem's major oil leaks mileage display not showing when it was time to do the paperwork the salesman had to hit the bottom of the dashboard for it to come on he said on my next visit they would address that well that didn't happen they wanted 500 to 900 to fix that problem then the truck started stalling and check engine light came on and was flashing so I called them they had me bring it in and left it they called me and said it needed a throttle body something I had to go round and round about that according to them they fixed it and now my cruise control is not working which they said it would be working with the problem that they fixed but still not working and then in my driveway I noticed puddles of oil so I took it back in and they said I needed a rear main seal I told him how could this happen to the vehicle that I had just bought less than 3 months ago and were they going to fix it I said no maybe about 4,200 for everything that needed to be done the bottom line is if I don't know this vehicle was going to need all this work and now not dependable I would have never purchased this vehicle and every time I call down there I'll try to get something done in the vehicle they just are not Resolution Sought I would like for the car dealership just to fix my vehicle so I can get to my doctor's appointments in Denver I am a disabled person with a budget of monies I know that I could fix small small things but if they would take care of the major problems I would like to continue to do business with them
