I would like to protect other investors from this scam
In October of 2016 I purchased 932 S Warmen Ave in Indianapolis, Indiana, as an out of state investor. ( It's an IRA retirement investment.) The property was bought sight unseen which should have been a red flag. We were told that Alpine would rent it and manage it for us. However, I have not made any profit over the last 5 years. Alpine has rented it to unsuitable renters and has not keep the house up to spec. When I took the house back, this spring, I rehabbed it with the help of Mr. Berhe who works with Kw Keller William Realty. We ran into many problems. The water and electric were not up to spec, the house was trashed. I invested $20,000.00 to get it ready to sell. The house was sold in July. My last renters ran a meth lab on the premises. Neighbors contacted Alpine to no avail . My hope is that Alpine be held accountable for running a business build on lies and deception of what they are selling you. ( as well as defacing neighborhoods throughout the county) The house was most likely sold to me in poor condition. There was no house inspection at the time. If, I may ask ; "Would you want to have an Alpine investment property in your neighborhood? ". I wish the new owners happy and healthful days. I would like to protect other investors from this scam. I would like to see Alpine manage the property in a healthful manner.

This is libel. Judith is misrepresenting virtually everything here. 1. She bought a property - it wasn't a partnership, or profit sharing or anything other than a simple purchase and sales transaction. 2. Judith visited Indianapolis and personally walked the property BEFORE she closed on the home. 3. She asked Alpine Property Management to manage it. 4. After collecting $20,528 in rents, a tenant moved out. Alpine sent Judith a budget. Judith sent only 40% of the amount. Alpine requires 100%. Alpine sent the money back. The property sat vacant. 5. Judith didn't pay attention to her books or the online statements updated monthly by Alpine. She didn't communicate with Alpine. She blames Alpine for her own sloppy accounting lack of awareness about her investments. She is a horrid landlord. Alpine won't manage for slumlords and Alpine terminated the management agreement with her. Other property management companies should beware!
