I've been living in their property for four years. The property is in disrepair. I've had to have multiple things fixed while living here and it's been a complete hassle every time to get something fixed. There's supposedly sitting contractors out but I'm almost positive they're hiring people that are hiring other people that they could pay less to do the job I have dealt with mold water issues electrical issues tree falling on my house outside rodents and as of Friday, February 8, 2023 at 2 PM the gas company red tag my furnace and hot water heater. I've been without hot water and heat ever since no one's answering emails or the emergency maintenance line I've sent three emails left for voice messages. Resolution Sought An investigation into this company the reviews are horrible and owner needs to be contacted right now you must go through the leasing company and I'm sure they aren't advising the owner.

I filled out a application online with alpine leasing for a rental and the next day I got a message saying that me and my husband were denied and we have no way to contact, they never answer their phone and it always says the the office is closed we have no way of contacting Alpine rental and get someone on the phone me and my husband have never been evicted. we both work we have a good income we definitely meet the qualifications we've never been told this before and we want our $50 application fee back. all we wanted to do was go look at some properties that they had listed but they force you into paying $50 for application fee before you can even go see the houses. I told my husband he should not have paid that because all we were doing was inquiring but their system is set up where it forces you to pay to see a house and I knew there was something was wrong when he told me that and we can't even get the people on the phone I told my husband he should never pay or give his credit card up to anyone if you can't even get the person on the phone Alpine leasing they're the steps that they take need to be looked into Resolution Sought We want our $50 application fee back.
