Customer Complaint

I was a customer at alpine motel starting 11/16/2023 to 11/23/23, during my stay I usually pay daily sometimes I pay in cash but most days I used my debit card to make the daily payment of $80.00. One day after making an $80 payment later that day I checked my balance and to my surprise I saw that the woman at the front desk ran my card twice for that day on November 22, 2023. ( for two payments of $80 each). The next morning I confronted her about it even showing her on my phone how she ran my card twice and took two payments of $80 each for the same day she denied taking 2 payments. I contacted my bank and they indeed confirmed that she debited my card twice instead of once for the same day- same amount. My bank sent her the proof and asked her for the refund of $80 but she is still in denial and said that I authorized the payment. I never authorized the owner at alpine motel to take 2 payments of $80 for the same day. She is a fraud and a terrible liar and I need my refund for the amount of $ 80. Resolution Sought I wish to get a full refund of $80 from alpine motel as soon as possible. Thank you
