Alray Tire Center complaints

This mechanic shop damaged my oil pan and plug following an oil change in August, 2022 unbeknownst to me. At my next inspection they reported they couldn't remove the plug and therefore could not do my oil change (2023) as well as, mentioned heat may have been a factor. I bought the vehicle for another oil change later during the colder months (winter 2023) and was told the same thing and to utilize another mechanic office that have special equipment to remove the plug. I went to Meineke to seek help with my oil change and was told that the previous oil change welded the plug in and that I would need an entire new oil pain at over $1000 for the repair. I contacted them and they agreed to examine it at which time, they reportedly had removed the plug but, that I would need a new one and they could now complete the oil change following ordering of the plug. I returned got an oil change and new plug and my car has been leaking oil. They re-examined and explained that they didn't see oil leaking from the plug or pan but that there was residue which was cleaned off but to drive it to see if if it continues. It continued leaking and I called them to inform them that I felt they were liable since they were the only ones to change my oil since purchase of the vehicle, couldn't change it on 2 occasions because they couldn't then changed it and now it's leaking. I believe they are liable for the damage to my vehicle oil pan. Resolution Sought I have liked them over the years but this is not right, I want them to compensate the repair because they were negligent with my plug the initial oil change and refund me the recent oil change since oil is leaking out and both issues were the result of their work. I am planning to address this issue legally as well
