After taking my car to this establishment to get an oil leak fixed, I got my vehicle home and noticed that one of his employees had damaged the passenger side door. There is a long gouge and scratch on the door and I didn't do it. Unfortuantely for me I didn't notice it before I left the so called garage of Allen Tinnons, so I'm still deciding whether I'll pursue legal action with a civil suit or just get it repaired myself. I sent the owner, Allen, photos of the damage and he got all defensive. He is a terrible businessman with awful customer service who NEVER answers his phone. I have photos of my vehicle the tow truck driver took after dropping it off at his shop that shows no damage to the passenger side door. This place of business has only one, in my opinion, unqualified and incompetent mechanic named Joe. They were also supposed to change the oil and only put 6 quarts in when the specifications for a 2006 Cadillac STS is 8 quarts. I had to purchase 2 additional quarts when I got home with the vehicle because I checked the oil and it was bone dry. And to add insult to injury, someone forgot to put the cover back on my engine. Al himself told me he has over 50 cars to fix, they're grossly overbooked, and I believe this boils down to one thing, GREED. The estimate I got to fix the damage to the door was around $800.00. All I want this guy to do is the right thing. Repair the damage that one of his employees inflicted on my vehicle. He's running a bad business. Resolution Sought Send me a check for $800.00 and apologize for not standing behind his work. This is a small operation trying to operate as large garage. There young mechanics are inept in my opinion and I've never seen Allen himself even turn a wrench.

Mr. Black informed me that his vehicle was taken to Lynch Auto in Madison AL and didn't have any oil. They diagnosed it (according to Mr. Black) and said it was valve cover gaskets. He then brought it to us to do the valve cover gaskets. Once I checked it, the front of the engine was covered with oil like someone spilled it. I cleaned the engine off and let it run for approximately 2 hours while periodically checking on it. I informed Mr. Black what I found and asked for him to take the car and drive it so that it could be rechecked. He also said no rush, and he said that he had numerous vehicles. I told him that I would get Joe to take another look when he could, but I have over 50 cars and would have to squeeze to even look. Joe did and same, said he did not find a major leak. Renee also asked him to come and get his car to drive it, but he insisted on leaving it. I don't think that he listens well to anything and I had to block his number from my cell phone due to his constant calling. My uncle was his principal and he seems to think that he was the owner of this business, even after telling him that he was never. Somehow he confused that with he wsn't my uncle. I believe his mind has issues and I don't have the time for ignorant, non-listening people. We have videos of his car being worked on and him picking it up. The damage didn't happen here and anyone that wants to see the videos are welcome to see them. I attempted to show him the videos when his cover was delivered and snapped onto his car at his trailer park in Madison. Also, he called Joe 3 days after picking his car up to say that it was damaged here and Jode did get offended and told him that was BS. When I went to look at the scratches and snap the cover on his vehicle engine, he constantly made comments about Joe, saying he was a liar and my employees would not tell me if they damaged a vehicle. He also made statments that I was rich and should give him some money or he would slander me and our business. I took pictures and had considered getting a quote to see what Havery's Body Shop would charge. Before I could even get a quote, he sent text saying me or my family would get a "dreaded illness like cancer if I didn't pay for his car". I tried to call him but he sent a text telling me to text, not call. All I have to say to him is "May God help you".
