Optimum refuses to cancel my order,Optimum keeps charging me for a mobile phone that has been canceled,the phone was never activated at all ,causing me to pay for a bill that ive never used a mobile phone with they also gave me a phony number to the sim card to use Resolution Sought Cancel the order and waive that fee charge

Optimum attempted to speak with the customer on February 27, 2026, but was unsuccessful. Optimum validated the customers claim and had the balance put at $0.00. The mobile account was already disconnected. Optimum spoke to the customer on March 3, 2026, and advised the customer of our findings.

I have been going back and forth with optimum since SEPTEMBER about the price of my services. They told me because I was paying $150 a month for years for Internet services. They told me that they would give me two months for free and then start charging $25 a month for the exact same services. I got two months off and then when I received my bill, the balance was still $250 and they won't have anybody returned my phone calls. I've called upwards of 10 times and nobody has returned any of my calls but they keep charging my bill. they told me they lost the phone call even though all of their phone calls are supposedly recorded. I would just like somebody to be held accountable because I'm not paying that bill. I've offered to have them cancel my services and they keep telling me that they will have somebody returned my call and nobody has thank you so much Resolution Sought I would like somebody to sort out my balance and my bill and return my calls!!!!!

Optimum spoke with the customer on January 22, 2026, regarding their billing concern. In response to the complaint, Optimum identified a missing credit that had been offered to the customer. Upon the application of the credit, the customer was updated with their new balance. Interactions leading to the complaint have been reviewed and are being handled internally.
