My internet service was interrupted they told me I had to pay a certain amount to restore it. Once I paid that amount I was told I could not get it restored until I made another payment of $64 after I just paid $81 and that I could not get an extension. I was not asking for extension because I had 1 extension within the last 30 days. I asked for a supervisor that admitted that I was told wrong but unfortunately he could not restore my service all they want is money and its not right. There is no other internet provider they do not give a dam about there customers. Resolution Sought They need to change their policy and care more about there customers and I want my service restored.

On February 20th I purchased a Samsung Galaxy online at optimum mobile upon opening the box I realize the phone was effective and did not work. I returned the phone within a couple days and requested a refund refund the company is refusing to return my money back to the debit card I paid with I have been calling them every day for 3 weeks please help. Resolution Sought I would like a refund sent back to the same debit card I paid with.
