Everyone the bill is going up higher and higher does it make sense I've been with this company over 30 plus years and each one is a different price on my bill you cannot talk to a representative to discuss anything they always want to give you a representative to speak with and after that you get only so far when you speaking with someone in the company.

Altice did the right thing and has changed their policy re: proof of account ownership. They are to be applauded.

An illegal tenant in our home cancelled our account by just having the MAC address on the cable model which caused us great problems in recovering the account. Without the MAC address (which I did not have access to) I had to provide my W2 and drivers license. Then, because of this fraud I was denied service once the tenant left, making my work as an essential worker impossible. Altice did realize this hole in their security, has now offered us service and will now demand a SS# to cancel an account. Thank you Altice!
