Company Response

Alvarado Auto Sales Inc. has been in business and exact location since October 2006. Ms. Alexander purchased a 2012 Nissan Quest on September 5, 2020, for $6000.00 plus paperwork which it all came to $7020. Ms. Alexander put $4000.00 down using our card reader and from then on agreed to make $200 monthly payments. She came in on October 6, 2020, and made a $500.00 payment. Her balance is standing at $2500.00 as of today. The reason that it was repoed was because we tried to reach them to make their payments as agreed. Phones were disconnected, and sent quite a few messages with a relative and was not approached nor knew what was going on with her health till the vehicle was repossessed. Ms. Alexander and her mother and the company have compromised and the vehicle was given back with making her payments like agreed.
