I bought a tablet thru them for my daughter for Christmas in November. Opened it up on Christmas day was able to use it one time. Went to charge it tablet wouldn't charge up. The charger would light up then go right back out. Unable to charge tablet. Contacted the seller they said there is nothing they could do being that I bought it in November it was past the 30 day return. Even though we never used it until Christmas. It was a Christmas present. The tablet didn't even last a day and had problems with it. If you can see what you are able to do about this. I am out 492.69 on something that only got used one time. Resolution Sought Send another tablet to replace the defected one or refund money.
