Went to Ama doughnuts 1057 E Mission Blvd Pomona CA on Wed Nov 2 2022. I ordered peanut chocolate ?? doughnut, small cinnamon roll, buttermilk glaze, large plain milk ??, large Hot ?? chocolate ?? and medium hot chocolate. I pay with my visa 10.80 9.90 plus 0.50 ATM fee she gives me the drinks and only the buttermilk glaze. I noticed she forgot to hand me the rest of the order. She says I didn't pay even though she just gave me a receipt for$10.80 and I have a point of sale from my bank on the phone for$10.80 my issue with Ama doughnuts is she's double charging visa card transaction or attempted too. She wouldn't even look at My receipt ?? after threatening to call police department she gave me the correct orders by why try to change me twice on a visa card transaction? That's not right. Resolution Sought If I was charged a Extra $10.80 then I want a refund. Otherwise a apology in writing from the owner and what they plan to do to prevent this in the future.

Company called stating they did not charge customer twice. Customer continues to visit the store, the owner has asked him to provide proof of the double charge but he refused. If customer strognly feels he was overcharged that day, he needs to bring in a satement to show proof and they will gladly reimburse him.

Yes it was resolved. I later found the receipt for $10.80 I got the items I paid for and so far no additional charges. So only if someone else complains I guess she put them down and forgot to hand it to me.
