We signed up for a 3 year home warranty policy. The policy did not pay a claim for our heater and also the company may have gone out of business while we still have a year remaining on the policy . There is no number to call to reach customer service or to file a claim. Resolution Sought Return my $1500 premiums paid for a policy that is not available as contracted.

I have a home warranty with Amazon. I called them on February 17th and it was very difficult getting them to answer the phone. I end up going online and and filing. Someone came to my house on February 21, 2022 at 12;30. I received and email of the problem. He said the compressor burnt out and must be replaced. Amazon never called or sent me a email of what was wrong with my refrigerator. I had to call them and asked them when are they going to have someone fix my refrigerator. They said i had a water leak and they are not replacing it. I told them a water leak is not on my receipt. I request to speak with a manager. He said someone would call back within 48 hours. I told them I am a diabetic and I need to keep my medication very cold. It's February 28th and I have yet spoken with a manager. I continue to call and I have to wait for 20 minutes for someone to pick up. Its estimated cost is $1000 for them to replace my compressor. They are not honoring the warranty. Resolution Sought Honor the warranty and pay for my refrigerator. I have had to through out all of my food and pay for medication.
