My complaint is simple, I have a roommate, I am her emergency contact only. Ambetter for some reason or another has listed my number as her primary number. Ambetter has been told by my roommate, myself AND an Arkansas Medicaid representative, to remove my number from their system and to cease calling my phone to talk to my roommate, she has her own number for god sake, and they have ignored everything said to them and continue to call once a week wanting to talk to my roommate. April will mark 7 months of harassing calls, violations of the dr. client privilege, violations of the National do not call list. and sever gross incompetence. These people have no business handling health insurance for anyone. and my next course of action is a harassment suit. Resolution Sought I would very much would like for them to stop calling my phone looking for other people, and maybe face fines for gross incompetence, violations of the national do not call list ( since they have been informed) time and time again that they have the wrong number. if i could give negative stars for my experience I would gladly do so.

I have waited over 30 days which is the period of time the company takes to change any other insurance to your primary. I have called and talked to the companies employees about my coordination of benefits and being the 29th of September would have been 30 days, I called to check if my primary insurance has been changed. I was told the information the last person I had talked to was input incorrectly and I would have to wait an additional 30 days after already waiting over a month. I am out on disability and I won't be able to get paid for my days missed due to the fact my paperwork for my orthopedic visit has to be sent over at a specific time and that's not possible because they can't take me until my coordination of benefits is done. I would have been fine if the mistake was not made on the businesses end of things or even if I was told of the mistake prior to my phone call (an entire month later). I will now have to wait a total of two months because of this mistake which can cause me to lose my home, vehicle, my job along with me not having the ability to work or have the surgery I'm needing to have done. Resolution Sought I would like to be reimbursed for the time I've missed due to the delay of updating my primary insurance and for failing to let me know that the information was incorrect in their system for over a month without anyone notifying me. I would also like for this to be looked into!
