I was told that I would receive a refund of 775.00 .on December 27. 2023 and I was advised that I will receive my refund in 4 to 6 weeks. I call to inquire bout it once a week then they tell me that … on 1-17-2024 that from that start 4-6 weeks. They keep changing the date of refund .. I have spoke to them countless time and it allways something different with these people Resolution Sought Send me my in full refund.. !

These people say I owe them I paid 734.00 in March in April I paid 647.00..my on my credit report it says I don't owe them nothing but they keep threatening me..I have a company working with me on my credit. I can't switch companies because they have a switch hold on my account. I don't believe I owe them anything. Resolution Sought I want my money refunded. And I want the switch hold taken off.
