I vacated my apartment at 1000 Riverbend Dr. BLDG 2 #201 1/31/2021. Property notice was provided and receipt of it was provided by the property manager at that time. After I vacated the property I inquired on several occasions about the refund of my deposit. I was told on several occasions , most recently 4/14/2022 that I would receive the funds, but my credit shows that I owe the apartment. When I asked for proof I was provided a document showing I was billed after my departure was confirmed I was told the request to correct the mistake was submitted to their corporate office over 6 months ago and it was no longer an issue for their office because there was a change in ownership and they don't have a complete record of my rental history due to an incomplete transfer of information. I was told there's no direct phone number for the corporate office only an email that I have utilized with absolutely no response after requesting an update and providing the support the local office requested be sent The email is office@amboproperties.com. Thank you Resolution Sought To have the erroneous charges removed from my record and be refunded my original deposit.
