Myself , a friend and his mom went to go see the long awaited Beetlejuice Beetlejuice on opening night. We purchased tickets for the 7:45 IMAX experience on 9/5. During the movie there was a power surge. After 10 minutes of darkness the film came back on. After the film we spoke with a manger about compensation. Her name is Amy. She said no .. nothing was going to be done. Next day my friend called the theatre and spoke to a Supervisor named Shannon. Shannon was filled in on the situation. She told my friend she was emailing with the GM Jamal, who said we were welcome back any time during the week on them. So on Thursday the 12th we went back to see the 4:30 pm IMAX show. We ask for a manager for our tickets. A supervisor came up and said no that there was miss communication that we would not be compensated in anyway. Manger Amy , who was there, would not come up herself to speak with us , refused to give us any information other than to email Jamal. Resolution Sought Honor their original statement and give us passes in to see the movie uninterrupted.
