Bought a dress for my birthday, the dress was clearly rushed and made very badly, it was falling apart before I tried it on. I told them about it, they advised me to send it back, so I did. They refuse to refund me or send a new dress. They buy the things from China for cheap wish.com then they triple the price on it. Resolution Sought My money back or a new dress.

My assistant sent me an email from you guys regarding a customer. The customer placed an order with us which was mailed to her. She wore the bodysuit for her party then, asked to return it after claiming that we sent her a damaged one. Upon receiving her return, we rejected it because we discovered that not only did she wear it(Photos on her Instagram), she also washed it. It was rejected and sent back to her with USPS tracking 9405803699300800974105. She rejected the returned item once again and sent it back to us asking that we send her a brand new dress and made several threats. We have tried to work with her by asking her to pay the re-shipping fee to have her bodysuit (The original one which she damaged) sent back to her but she has refused as she insists that she wants a different bodysuit or a brand new bodysuit ). Unfortunately, we will not be issuing her a refund or shipping a new bodysuit to her. Once she pays the reshipping fee, we will ship her damaged bodysuit back to her. I would love to attach the emails but it's way too many emails but if you need them, I will send them to you. Please see attached photo and video evidence of customer wearing the bodysuit that she returned to us on her Instagram. Let me know if you have any further questions
