Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I placed an order with this company for 2 sweaters and was told it would taken 7-12 business days. It took WAY longer than that which is fine because it had to go thru customs. I don't get a tracking number, any notices, NOTHING. I have to keep checking on their site for it and on 5.20 they said it was out for delivery. I was home ALL DAY and never received my order and it was it was "delivered" that same day. I took screen shots and I've been emailing this company and sending them messages on IG and FB and after 4 days they finally respond saying they conformed the order was delivered but cannot confirm my address???? I told them I'd rather have the sweaters rather than a refund and I was willing wait if they need to. file a claim with the shipper. F**KING NOTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE They message me again with THE SAME SCREENSHIT just saying it was delivered. They take their sweet a** time to respond and then they wanna take any responsibility for their s**t Resolution Sought I don't even give a shit about these f**king sweaters anymore I want my goddamn money back. No stars just 5 piles of s**t for this.
