I called to have my auto delivery canceled due to moving. I did not tell them when I was moving Monday they came during the day and locked my propane tank so I had no propane for hot water cooking or heat. I called them and they told me they would be out on Friday 4 days later. Totally unacceptable. I was told last night that someone would be here at 8:00am today. I called this morning and they told me Friday again. I went to their office here and you can't do walk in so I called again. Spoke with a supervisor Donna who gave me a case number cas-5783672-z3p8n4 She said she would get back to me in about an hour. I waited then called back and got another rep who told me Friday again. I spoke with another supervisor Joe who said he would expedite my case. He now said someone should be here in 2 hours so I'm going to wait the 2 hours if no one comes I want you to do something about their service. I can't wait any longer for them I have no heat hot water or can cook Resolution Sought Get my service back on asap
