Spoke to Robert to get a quote. He quoted 10980.70. We agreed on this price. Next time we spoke to the broker it went up, sent us a link that expired to the new price so it no longer exists. Due to Robert's errors. We agreed and paid the deposit. Then hear nothing from them until a day before payment was due and after speaking to Jessica, the price went up again to 14,435.27 because of more "errors"'. We complain and they went down to around 12,000, but again only sent a link that time too that has now expired. We agreed and paid another 935.53 on top of the 4849.95 we had already paid as a deposit. After paying we are told they will not take a company for the remaining balance that is due the next day that they would not except a credit card any longer. Knowing my husbands company was paying and due to audits cannot pay the way they were all of a sudden requiring. So, we personally had to Zelle $3500 to them so the movers would show up. Movers show up Sat and the price went up another 13,290.75. We complained, told them we couldn't afford that and had to ask the movers to leave. They agreed to discount 3500 off and allow my husbands company to pay with credit card on Monday because of approval by the broker. As long as we pay another $3500 that day and Sunday from our personal account by Zelle. Now, it is Monday and the broker, America first moving says they never agreed to the credit card payment and we now cannot get our items. Broker has over charged/ errored 11,595.75 Resolution Sought America first moving services needs to refund my husbands company the money they wrongfully/purposely trapped us into paying. They owe Phoenix metals co. Roughly $11,595.75 for severely under quoting us so we'd use their company.
