My daughter had an accident July 13. The vehicle she hit has not been serviced and the vehicle she was in has also not been serviced. I have contacted the company adjustor Antoinette Taylor on several occasions. She left a message last week that they were continuing gathering evidence of the crash. They have the police report and my daughters statement. The vehicle that was hit should at least be fixed by now. The vehicle my daughter was in was impounded and probably sold by now. I need some kind of compensation for that. Resolution Sought Fix the vehicle that was hit. Compensate the vehicle my daughter was in because it has probably been sold by now.

This is in response to your correspondence regarding Complaint. The complainant, is alleging that the claim has not been resolved due to the coverage investigation. We have completed our coverage investigation for this claim. The compliant vehicle was inspected at the tow yard and an estimate was completed. On September 22, 2022, payment was issued in the amount of $1,699.45 for the complainant's vehicle damages (see attachment "proof of payment"). My experience with this company is terrible I've been playing for my insurance for a year now with no problems. Now just a few weeks ago I was involved in a hit and run and from my understanding my vehicle was covered through their insurance by the fact that the motorist was uninsured. Finally after waiting weeks to hear from someone the appraiser told me my vehicle wasn't cover due to the knowledge of not knowing the description of the vehicle I'm not covered in which I feel is bull. Resolution Sought I would like for my car to be fix.
