Improve their staff, take action immediately and work with consumers be patient and try to respond as soon as possible.

Unreliable, unable to get in contact with anybody immediately. Does not take situations easy, does not cooperate and work other consumers. They typically stall you for almost a month to get a claim settled. Rude staff. Does not want to reimburse fees for rental car and leaves us empty handed losing wages and our jobs.
