My AC was acting weird, temperature didn't drop properly and dusty on my hardwood floor every day, even I vacuum and mop many times a day. Went to attic and checked. I saw my AC filter was detached and left on the floor, the cover was opened; I also saw a transformer and the wire was cut in the attic. I hired American air duct service for duct and vent cleaning service on August 23rd, two of the crew members (4 crew members in total) went up to the attic and checked my AC unit. He said my AC filter was clean but need other extra work need to be done for more cost. I rejected the extra work for more cost. No one has been checked from attic since the cleaning crew left. I tried to call the company and ask for supervisor or manager talking about the issue from the unprofessional service . However, the same foreman who did the service called me back and I explained the issues I saw, he denied he had opened the filter cover. I asked" how would you check my AC filter without open it?" He replied and changed his statement they wouldn't left it open. I ask for the refund and request a checkup for my AC unit on his cost. He said it would be a decision from the management. It's been two days, no one has called me back, and I called the customer services and went over the whole story again. Customer service promised a manager would call me in few hours. Again, I don't receive any call. I sent an email about the concern I have with the services. Nothing comes back either. Resolution Sought Full Refund and AC unit check

Hey. so this customer already called us to ask for a refund however nothing was wrong with the services that was provided. we never left the furnace door open and we sent him a picture to prove it. we notified him we can make a refund because nothing was wrong from our side thank you

Foreman showed me picture of ducts took from attic (Not the picture with the AC filter and door closed) . As I stated from previous narrative, AC filter was left on the floor and the cover left open for more than a week till I went up and checked from attic . The foreman promised me the management would contact me, but no one ever follow up my complaint from the management team.

Ok, so we called Derek yesterday. We explained him that due to him got the full service we won't be able to refund him. We let him know that we do willing to send our license Ac technician and he refused and said that he only willing to bring his own guy and send us an invoice. We let him know that is not possible and also our terms and conditions that he signed on says that he have to give us to take care of any concerns he may have. He still refused and mentioned we have nothing to discuss anymore. We cant refund him because he got the full service but we willing to send an Ac guy for Ac check up
