Impolite flight attendant.

A flight attendant named Jonathan was very nasty, rude and impolite with some traveler on flight AA 1041 Miami-Holguin on September 21 2019. Dismiss this very bad employee

Complaint has been resolved

A customer service representative from American Airlines contacted me on December 2nd and offered a $175 voucher for the problems I experienced while at the Dallas/Forth Worth airport. The representative was very helpful and professional. I consider this matter resolved and will continue flying American Airlines in the future.
