I have full coverage auto insurance with this company and I've been trying to get them to refund money I spent on car rentals but instead they're telling me it's not in my plan and yet they keep needling me about the payment for the policy and they're refusing to cover any of that cost. It took them a whole week to pick the car up. They just picked the car up on Saturday October 27, 2023 and I waited all the time from October 20, 2023. Resolution Sought Refund the money I spent in rentals and let me know what they're result is on the damage to my car.

I have been with this company for over two years never filed a claim always was on time with payment and the first time I have to file a claim I'm getting the run around it's been over two months since I made my claim my car was stolen and damaged real bad and the repair shop says This company is so unprofessional and takes there time when it comes to solving problems my vehicle has over $13,000 in damages and the insurance company keep tell me they reviewing the supplement charges that was provided by the repair shop of there choice I have been calling them for two months straight and still no resolution to my claim Resolution Sought Treat there customer with the dignity they deserve and not give them the run around when it comes to taking care of there customers in a timely fashion
