Have been trying to get a claim resolved for 5 months with over 20 phone calls. This company is without a doubt the worst company I have ever had to deal with. There customer hit my daughters car with his truck 100 percent his fault. They just keep dragging this along not returning calls. Stating people have been fired and that it takes time. Also saying they will only take 60 percent fault. Not sure what else to do except put this on here and hope someone can help us and others from having to deal with this company. Resolution Sought Pay for the damages there insurer did to my daughters car.

Driver insured by said company was involved in accident where they lost control of their vehicle going over the speed limit on icy roads. Traveling down the wrong way on the highway, they collided with my car, being driven by my mother. The impact totaled my car and sent my mother in an ambulance from the scene. Said Insurance company refused to pay totals for hospital bills, totaled car, towing fees, missed work and what is now five years of dragged out court dates. Resolution Sought I would like this business to pay for the totals of all damages and costs related to the accident involving their client.
