I have a contract American aluminum fabricators they are taken over a year they negligent sending the wrong contract to the city of weston with the pool .the city send back they call me contract was denied I went to the city they told me was not denied they have to put the proper file it takes month. my lawyer send a letter to get the $1200 deposit. They never answered. I call then they said the will keep the work .the permit wad approved 264 feet my contract said 336 so now is72 feet less the contract was change price on 8 different line the qualities when up on smaller area . They are not willing to keep the contract at the same price and charge me for Less footage. On the original contract was $1200 for permit they add another $225 &$340 . . Call me a few weeks ask fir zake $1286 to finish the job send to guys put make a holl put cement . Do not answers my call send a bunch a message Orian he will call back never happen. Many time you blame the city you had all the material the work take 3 day now is over 6 month Resolution Sought I want to fulfill the original contract price finish the pegalo . Pay the agreement price all work done.

I read the complaint again and she really doesn't understand what's going on. We never made a fixed contract in 1st place. I gave her a quote for what she wanted to do. Then we do the plans that took like 3 month (engineering). Then we start the back and forth with the city, then with various revisions one part of the terrace couldn't be attached to an existing roof so we have to increase the columns and reinforce the structure, so now the roof is smaller but with a thicker structure so we adjust the price. Anyhow, we told her to change contractors at the time the permit was approved... She decided to stay with us now the project is finished and she is still complaining about the price and on top of that she adds more things and wants to maintain the price. Even though we are having considerations with her (very bad decision there from us) we are having headaches to get the final payment.
